How to use Tradeics smart contract?

Welcome to Tradeics

In this quick guide, we will guide you how to use the Smart Contract feature


Steps:


1-In the navigation menu on the dashboard, click on the link "Smart Contracts

| 2-You will be able to view the over view of the Contract Summary & Create a New Contract




3-you can create new Contract by clicking on the "Create New Contract" Button on the top right.



3-You will be redirected to the contract creation form which has multiple steps




4-Once all the information is filled Buyer Member can click on "Add Payment Terms" Button will be able to Add the Payment terms of the contract.



| 5-Once button is pressed you will be redirected to the Payment terms form. You can choose the options for Payment Mode - Online / Offline and Type of Payment -


Full Payment / Milestone hased







| 6-After filling all the information press the "Contract Terms" Button in the bottom & user will be redirected to Contract Terms Tab.



| 7-You can either select from the Existing terms / create new terms and Submit



8-After filling all the information press the "Invite Suppliers" Button in the bottom & user will be redirected to Suppliers Tab. - There are 3 options to Invite Suppliers






| 9-Only 1 Supplier can be selected for the contract as it will be sent for Signing. Post details are filled you can proceed to e-Signature but clicking the "+ e-Signature" Button. You will get multiple options for the Signature

Choose from existing


Draw new Signature


Select new Signature


  • Upload signature

| 10-Once the contract signature is done. You can submit & create a contract successfully



| 11-You can create the Contract and submit it, the contract goes to the supplier successfully. & get added to the Contract in-Signature Category.
