How to create a purchase approval request easily on Tradeics?

In this quick article, we will guide you step by step on how to create a purchase approval request easily on tradeics .

1-From the dashboard, specifically in the navigation menu on the left, click on "Workspace Settings.".

2-After clicking on "Workspace Settings," you will find the option "Approval Workflow.".

Click on it to create a new approval request.

3-Complete the request form with the required purchase details.

4-add the 1st level in the hierarchy for the approval flow

5-You can add multiple members the levels

6-You can change the person as well in the same level

7-You can add more members for the individual level

8-You can drag and drop the user from other level or add new members.

9-Successfully Added the approver for the flow

10- Now, you can review the status of previous requests to see if they have been approved or not. You can also edit previous requests from the same list.
